HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
In case you want to return an item, please email us to info@byoungcorfu.gr or by phone at +30 26610 21081 and indicate your order code. Once we receive and accept your return, we will contact you to confirm the receipt of your return.

Please note, that you are responsible for the return of the package, as well as for the cost of return shipping. We suggest to send us the package via registered mail or courier services. Byoung Corfu is not responsible for any extra charges ensuing from the differences in currency, customs clearance expenses, import duties, product restrictions and other local regulations.

RESTRICTIONS
You have the right to return the products you purchased within 20 days from the date you have received them. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as you received them. All products must be returned along with your retail receipt or invoice. Clothes products that have been washed cannot be returned.

MANAGE RETURNS
All products can be returned within 20 days of the date of the receipt of the order and you can choose between a change of item, or a refund.

CHANGE OF PRODUCT
Products can be changes with any available size or type you wish. If you wish to change a products purchased from Muses Corfu E-shop of another size or color please contact us via email at info@byoungcorfu.gr or by phone +30 26610 21081

REFUND
Refunds are made immediately when returning items and received and checked (1 to 3 business days). Refunds are only made on your original credit card, PayPal account or bank account used to pay the order. If the purchase is made by cash, the amount of the refund will be deposited into a bank account specified by the customer.
